The little girl named Elsa wanted to give her granny a gift. She thought she could somehow "collect" the sun's rays and carry them to her grandmother. So she would run and play outside and basically enjoy being a child. When she returned home, she visited her granny and the idea is that Elsa's joy and youthfulness brought a "little bit of sunshine" to the grandmother's day. Yes, that’s exactly what happened. That was a really sweet tale! I didn't fully understand what happened in the middle part, but I got the beginning and the end.
